Dade Luckett ― with forty years in design and construction ― holds degrees and licenses in architecture and engineering, one of fewer then a dozen practicing professionals in Kentucky so qualified. A LEED-accredited professional, he also is a certified building inspector as well as a plans and specifications inspector for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
As founding principal of Luckett & Associates, Architects and Engineers, he had experience in each phase of the construction triangle ― as architect/engineer, contractor, and owner ― before opening his own firm: "Familiarity with the perspective of each aspect of the building process is an invaluable asset in helping us to lead a project from inception to completion."
